I know many of you begin to work out for the weight loss from earlier this year. As I said in the previous post, working out too hard is not so effective to lose weight. Actually, muscles are much heavier than fat, so as you work out more, your body turning the fat into muscles, and this does not make differences with weights. Work out is good for metabolism, lifting mode, and toning, which I recommend to do as it’s a part of the weight loss.

If you really want to feel good under your own skin naturally to lose weight, you have to think all-inclusive, work out, meal plan, and mentality, in a balance. If you are focusing on your well being to know what’s good for you, your body switches the hormone functions to change in your favor.

For instance, when you are hungry, your hunger is coming from the signals from your brain. This is why some people have bad eating habit because they don’t know how to control it, which is controllable when you know how. As I have been talking about dietary, excises, and behavior modules to control insulin level in your body for the problem such as obesity. 10 mins or Less Home Excise to Lose Belly and Hip Fat within a Month – 6 exercise positions!

When the calories intake is exceeded how much your body can metabolize, the unutilized excess calories will be stored on your body to create excess fat, especially on the belly and hips. Most people concern for the shape of their body and ask me to teach them the best excise positions to shape their body with slim abs and hips.

If you want to strength on the belly and hip muscles, follow my 6 exercise positions below! It’s very easy and you can begin with excise 10 times each every day.

Side Plank Dips
1) with right side elbow plank on your right side straight body with leg straight. (Hold your body straight on the side position as lift body on side elbow and foot.)
2) Inhale and lower your pelvis down to the floor and then back up exhale to straight your body. This way, your waist muscle is working up and down.
3) Repeat this set for 10 to 15 times for each side.

Mountain Climbers
1) regular pushup position with body straight on hands and toes.
2) bring one knee to the chest as the leg is folding, and another leg holds for a pushup straight body position on the toe.
3) reverse with another knee to the chest as the leg is folding, and another toe is holding the body straight pushup position.
4) repeat this set for 10 to 15 times.

Rear Leg Raises
1) dog position on the floor with your hands and knees.
2) one leg lifts upward with a straight leg in the air about 45 degrees upper from body angle. (Your body stays dog position.)
3) reverse with another leg.
4) repeat this set for 10 to 15 times.

Donkey Kicks
1) dog position on the floor with your hand and knees.
2) one leg kicks upward with a 90-degrees-holding-knee. (Your body stays dog position.)
3) reverse with another leg.
4) repeat this set for 10 to 15 times.

Jump Squats
1) stand straight with your feet shoulder width
2) regular squat position, then jump up as use your muscle strength
3) when you land, back to the regular squat position
4) repeat this set for 10 to 15 times.

Squats Kickbacks
1) stand straight with your feet shoulder width
2) regular squat position, then one leg kickback 45 degrees as the body back up to lift it in your heels from the squat position.
3) reverse your leg to do the same squat and the leg kick back.
4) repeat this set for 10 to 15 times.

Taking a Hot Bath burns Calories just as 20 minutes Exercise

Relaxing in a hot bath every day will take your stress away from your busy day. As pores open up in the warm water and your body sweats out, the toxin in your body drains out of your body system.

Taking a hot bath also increases your metabolism, at the same time, it gives you relaxation to calm you down mentally. Not only that, by taking a bath for an hour (absolutely doing nothing but relaxing), you can also burn calories as much as 20 minutes of exercise (such as bike ride) or 30 minutes of walk.

The research shows by testing with 14 participants (adult male) that taking a hot bath (about 104 degrees Fahrenheit) for about an hour burned 130 calories which are the equivalent you can burn with 30 minutes of walk. The blood sugar levels of those participants are also tested and the results are shown as 10% decreased from taking a hot bath.

The study also suggests that taking a hot bath (passive heating) also medically help to reduce inflammation and also treat cardiovascular diseases.

Taking a hot bath is beneficial to everyone mentally and physically. Remeber that we all came from women’ womb filled with warm water. 4 Amazing Drinks for Bed Time and Burn Fat

The obesity and insomnia is the huge problem to many people. Many times, lack of sleep is caused by poor blood glucose regulation and obesity caused by overproduction of insulin and subsequent insulin resistance which increases blood sugar levels. Sleep apnea is caused by diabetes and loses the quality of sleep.

To help you with obesity and sleeping problems, I give you 4 recipes of amazing drinks to burn fat and put you in the mood to sleep.

1) Apple/Psyllium Juice
Psyllium (reduce fat absorption) is a form of fiber often used as a laxative, which it stimulates losing fat. Apple (limits absorption of fat) is antioxidant and cinnamon (regulates blood sugar) boots metabolism to give a sense of mood for bed.
Ingredients:
1 Apple
1 Cup cold water
2 tsp pure 100% psyllium powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
– Slice an apple and blend it with water and stir with the psyllium and cinnamon powder.

2) Aloe Vera/Cherry Juice
Aloe Vera (reduces fat deposits in a body) treats any skin problems and injuries. Cherry juice (increases melatonin levels) regulates the sleep cycle.
Ingredients:
1 oz Aloe Vera juice
3 oz Cherry juice
Cold water
– Mix all ingredients well.

3) Ginger/Lemon Juice
Cucumber (reduces total fat intake) is high fiber with fatty acids. Ginger (reduces gas) relieves heartburn and boosts metabolism. Lemon (alkalizing property) is a potent detoxifier.
Ingredients:
10 slices of cucumber
1 tbsp grated ginger
6 oz of water
1 lemon or juice
a pinch of Himalayan pink salt or sea salt
– Blend cucumber and ginger to smooth and mix with lemon juice and salt.

4) Almond Milk/Nutmeg Drink
Almond milk (burns fat efficiently) is low calories, carbs, sugar and has twice of calcium you need per day. Honey (doesn’t cause insulin spikes) is tryptophan which needs carbohydrates to enter the brain. Nutmeg (burns fat during sleep) puts you in the mood for sleep and boosts metabolism.
Ingredients:
1 cup Almond Milk
1-2 tsp honey
A pinch of grated nutmeg
– Heat Almond Milk and mix with honey with grated nutmeg.
