Your Heart Can Grow Even If You are Raised in Broken Family – Personal Story

My beautiful people in my community…I feel so blessed lately about how important things in my life are coming toward me and brightening me up! This is why I want you to believe yourself and do your self-love practice. When you find your own happiness and be true to yourself, you can open your heart to receive abundance of your life to learn that nothing will break you or make you unhappy in your life.

You can be at present moment and able to take beyond of all rather than facing your problems. When you find peace within you, you can accept to face your true self and feelings and you don’t have to fight or struggle for who you are and what you have or you don’t have.

If you are in the circumstance of always having problems in your life, you believe that it’s normal for you to have problems and that that’s what you deserve. Then when you are not experiencing any problems, you feel uncomfortable therefore you attract and look for more problems. If you ever experienced this cycle and wondering why you are always struggling not getting what you want for your life, try to learn and focus on yourself within and search for the true happiness of your life.

The self-defining process does not need anyone else to count on. It’s the process within your mind and soul and body, how you remembering your childhood, and how you can find and cherish your inner-child yourself. I know you can cure and free yourself from the problems you may have because I am a good example of you. Here is a little bit about my personal story.

When I think of myself and why I love to write and teach everyone and my clients about self-love is that I was one of the children who was raised by busy parents who weren’t paying attention to own children. I was a little child who grew up believingthat my parents aren’t the real parents because they never tried to hear what I wish.

So I was raised by my grandmother who was from the southern island. My grandmother was a child with 9 siblings and she always told me how she struggled with her life in her family. I’d heard and seen the problems in dysfunction family that runs generation to the generation, and I wanted to stop that cycle of the broken house to hurt the feeling of innocent children like I had experienced.

I remember when my father often took me to his work where he treats people with Asthma in health. I was hanging around with children with Asthma symptoms and felt that they are exactly like me when they were out of breath and not able to say things. And I found deep sympathy for children who weren’t treated pleasantly by parents due to a broken family structure that causes mental and physical health issues. I was hurt as a little child how lonely it was to grow up seeing my mother was unhappy in the family. And I felt deeply and knowing how difficult it is for a child without receiving the love and attention they need as a child.

From how I raised, my circumstances in difficulty being in love relationship consisted until I fail from the love I wanted with my ex. What I found was that years of self-love study was not all to have a healthy love relationship unless I learn about the men psychology. I admitted the fact that I need to learn to change the circumstances. I studied and researched tons of books to learn about methods of forming a healthy relationship and marriage.

So this is why I became a love and health coach to coach people around the area where they get stuck. What’s more important is to first connect with your inner-child self so that you can recover, know, learn, about your true self. And then I teach beyond to succeed in your love relationship and mental and physical health in my programs.

As I coach, I realized many people are having the same problems as I was. So when I have spoken in the crowd of people or the articles I wrote about relationship and health, they relate to me and are willing to listen to my stories and asked me to tell them more about it.

This is why I want you to know that you can grow by yourself even you are raised in a broken family. Your experiences are valued for you to grow from the point of your life no matter if it’s good or bad experiences. You just need to accept the fact that you need help and make sure to get help for it so you can learn to grow.

Because you all are lovable, sensitive, and innocent child inside of you. So stop believing that you are unworthy or shame. You are worthy, valued, and gifted from the universe. And you all have a mission to do something and someone to love and be loved for life!

How to Get What You Want for Your Life Effortlessly – (Including Painless Ab Slimming Tips)

My beautiful people in my community…I was talking to one of my clients last night and I felt so amazing with the story of new transformation and success! The great part of the self-love and connecting the energy from the universe tremendously gives you your higher power to get happiness of your life. The amazing thing comes to you in the way is happened very suddenly and with an unbelievable story in nature. When the missing part of your matching puzzle shows up in your life, it completes your life to make the way you always wanted without you thinking or fighting of it. You don’t have to act up or try hard to make it happen. Those amazing thing comes to you naturally when you are loving yourself and make it happen for you on its own.

So, learn to be in that flow of the universe and believe and trust yourself the way it is! I can always relax and enjoy any moments of time, work, joy, learning, listening, speaking, fun, laughing, sharing, and caring that I do for everyone. I have been totally receptive and thankful for everything comes to me as it’s given. I am calm and natural, feeling happy just accepting being who I am. This is why I love to teach my community about how you can be authentic and living at the present moments to get what you want! Just release your energy you receive to define and do what you love!

In our normal life, it’s natural for people to get hurt, and they stay away and escape from it because they don’t want to get hurt again. It’s common sense. However, you don’t want to close off your heart to escape from your own issues because if you do it’s actually blocking your new potentials that coming in the way. Therefore you stuck with problems. When you are facing the problems, the root of that problems is yourself. If you forget to face it and blaming and relying on others, you will never able to change the circumstances. This is why it’s important to learn about yourself and have meditation to focus on YOU and love YOU instead of relying on others as your emotional and physical getaway.

For example, it’s like you are working out having struggles to shape your body as you want. Nobody can work your body for you. You have to work on your own. If you can not, you ask for service to learn to work on your own. And it’s not so difficult to do that once you learn to take it easy to care of self. So let me talk about the painless ab exercise I promised to talk about last week as an example! It’s very simple movement and totally natural and requiring minimal efforts and time to provide burning fat on your ab.

1. Stand straight, place one leg forward, another leg back
2. strain your buttocks and keep your body weight to the back leg
3. squeeze your stomach tighter as you can
4. inhale slowly for 5 seconds from your nose while raising your arms above the head
5. exhale for 10 seconds you strain your body muscles

Do this easy exercise every morning for 15 times switching one leg and another. You don’t feel any pain or struggle. You know me, everyone, I always tell you that workout is not to be struggling with. It’s a little daily effort and performance to take care of your present needs. You don’t need an excessive amount of tough workout to the edge to hurt yourself. I promise if you do this exercise everyday and pays attention to control your breathing and stomach muscles on the all-day everyday bases, you will get a natural tight ab as you always wanted!

To be Called Beautiful with Self-LOVE – Meditation and Relaxation

It’s June everyone! I am enjoying moments of vacation time relaxing in my home NYC. We have everything here from the world and we can have quality fun every day if you know where to go what to do in the city… I was just hiking in the park today in fitness clothing with music and hat on. When you hike through Central Park, you can take Vitamin D just by being under the sun, get to play with little animals, feel cool under the shadow of trees, and talk to any strangers who enjoying the nature just as you do. I am loving this beautiful weather and feeling the happiness of beautiful summertime!

Now I am thinking. When I was 20 years younger from now, I didn’t know how to be a whole happy person. I moved from another side of the earth and crossed the states to search for my life of happiness. I thought someone or something can make me a whole happier person. But that search and confusion weren’t ever turned a love to begin with, because I was looking for the getaway and something else to make me happy to take care of me. I never had any problems finding someone to do so, but truth is that nobody can make me a happy person unless I am happy with myself. After the years of struggles, I began working on Self-LOVE to make me happy.

When you truly found happiness with who you are and how healthy you are from the inside (mentally) and out (physically), people around you see your smile, and they are all attracted to you and say “you are beautiful!” This will be your daily word to hear everywhere you go from everyone if you follow my energy practice to improve your life. Yes, you can feel and control your own energy and receive the vibration from the universe! (See previous blogs.) Your heart is whole and round 100% open to everything to get what you want for your life. And when you get this feeling of having Self-LOVE, you finally realize, you found true LOVE within yourself and you are ready to LOVE someone to be happy.

I know you want to find the happiness of your life. I know you want to find someone to share your love forever. And I am here to help you find that happiness and love. If you want that happiness and love, you got to find it within you.

As I practice for years of Self-LOVE, I teach meditation to run your energy from nature and universe in my Health Improvement Program. When something does not go the way you want, the heart is still full of love by calming your emotion. I found a spell of tears for my past struggles but there is no destruction in mind by meditating. This is the time I can let things go to protect my heart to keep my happiness within. Then I praise myself and feel how grateful I am to be a happy woman.

Meditation and relaxation are very important for Self-LOVE. You don’t have to chase other people and depending on them for love. Becuase you can’t fill love from someone else. You have to love yourself no matter if you are loved or not. It begins with how much you love yourself and be happy who you are. When you realize it and work on your self-love beside aim love at someone else to try to receive love from outsourcing, you can become much better and happier person. With my Health Improvement Program, I promise that you find love and happiness for your life!

How to Eat Fruits and Vegetables Healthy – Tips to Remove Pesticides

Eating healthy must be important for my community because I know you are here for your healthy lifestyle. You may be purchasing organic food to concern for your health. However, most food in our modern society has pesticides even with organic fruits and vegetables (except bananas, pineapples, avocados, etc. that have skin to peel off). So I bring to your attention that how important it is to know how to wash natural products to remove the pesticides before you eat. Do you know why it’s important? Here is why.

Pesticides are typically used by farms to control pests and disease-carriers such as mice, ticks, rats as well as insects that eat fruits and vegetables before harvest. (Read EPA about Pesticides uses) What they do is to spray pesticides on to the fruits and vegetables so that products have no holes, bugs, and diseases.

However, when you are exposed to pesticides by eating those fruits and vegetables, there is a high risk of cancer, diabetes, neurodegenerative diseases, birth defects, asthma, and etc. The researchers reported that these chronic diseases were evidenced from agricultural workers who are exposed to pesticides. The average lifespan of the workers who have exposed pesticides does not reach 50. This tells how serious and dangerous pesticides are to our health.

What about organic fruits and vegetables that have pesticides? Because they have to keep the products in good conditions with no bugs and diseases, even with organic products are sprayed pesticides to grow. The difference is that organic ones are used much safer pesticides than non-organic products. Since every product has pesticides and is not visible, I want you to learn how to properly wash off the pesticides.

I am sure we all rinsing off with cold water. But based on the researchers, rinsing with water is not enough to remove the pesticides. Here are the best 3 tips how to wash off pesticides.

1. 10% of Salty water (soaked for more than 10 mins, easiest and cost less but it will change the texture and taste of the food)
2. Vinegar (effective as salty water but it is expensive and it will change the favor of food)
3. Baking soda (one ounce of baking soda with 100 ounces of water and soaked for 10 mins and more to completely remove the pesticides)

The Baking soda was most effective and efficient. So I recommend to buy organic, wash with either those 3 methods, to eat. If the skin is peelable (such as apples, lemons, tomatoes, etc.), I recommend peeling the skin for eating rather than wash it. But if it’s not peelable like berries and spinach, you can use those tips to wash off pesticides to keep your healthy lifestyle. (These are the reasons why I love growing herbs at home!) How to Get What You Want in Your Life – Practice Self-Awareness

Do you feel difficulty getting what you want in your life? Do you feel negative about yourself? Do you ever feel you don’t have what you want and that it’s not enough? If you do, you maybe are missing a direction in your life to look into yourself to attract the right things. So, I want to explain to you how to clarify the direction to manifest your life full of freedom and abundance. Because I know you want to get anything you want, your work, house, love, and a happy life. You all deserve anything you want. And I promise it won’t be difficult and as you practice, you get what you want in no time. It only requires some focus and patience. If you know what you want, you should have it and keep it alright. Most important part of this is to REALIZE it. Once you have realization, you can get some support in that direction to get what you want.

Believe it or not, the universe has the power to get you what you wanted in your life right now, if you are AWARE of the POWER of yourself to connect back to the universe. Is it sounded difficult to you? There are very simple methods on this for my clients. You can begin with very basic things I teach to self-aware of your power. 1) I want you to pay attention to what you have in your daily bases and take care of it. 2) Give sometime every day and listen to your body and take good care of yourself than anything. 3) Stop nagging about what you were given and appreciate that! 4) And then find any positivity within 1)-3) to visualize on what you want for your life. It’s not difficult for you, isn’t it? My advanced methods I teach at my session are highly effective to my clients, and you will be surprised how things turn out for you.

I tell you few things that blocking you from what you want. Don’t count on other people and be conscious of yourself! After you are self-aware of yourself, take step-by-step to find the way to make you happy, then everything else falls into where it belongs. The direction of the steps is to learn to love yourself. When you don’t really know yourself, you are like a blind person. In this case, you are always depending on someone else or some other things to fill your happiness. You fall for what you are depending on and never get to where you want in your life, and tend to keep having the same mistakes. I’ve seen many clients having the issues in codependency and addiction. For instance, when you are depending on some other people or addicted to something (such as drug, alcohol, cigaret, sex, and food, etc.), you are counting on them to make you happy or otherwise you are not happy without it. You let them control you. So make sure not to lose yourself to take steps in a direction where you want to goal.

Some of you are happy about what you have right now. You are living an abundant life of freedom. You are stable and fully happy for everything of your life from work you do, a place you live, loving family, and exciting hobbies. This is a balanced life everybody dreamed of. You do business that you love to serve and travel when you want to explore the world. You are able to control your life without struggles. There are no distractions in the way, no complication, and you are developing better life everyday bases. If you have this simple lifestyle, you can accomplish to get what you want quickly. You have good mindset mentality and meditate to always proceed your way of making progress in your life. This way, you are in control of stabilizing your life longer and happier. More simple, focus, and clear you are, your vibration is strong enough to connect with the universe to form the higher power you have. You can receive this vibration only if you are self-aware of yourself. This takes few months to notice for someone who never worked on meditation.

I teach this self-awareness practice when clients want to attract something in their life. I have them write it down what they want, what they don’t want, and how they want to get it. This manifestation practice is not to target something or someone because when you target specific objects, this turns to obsession, (then you are controlled by the hormone,) therefore you are not thinking correctly. However, when you practice self-awareness, you are manifesting with your genuine vibration to the universe, then it will send you what you really want without your hardship, and it happens very quickly (as its destiny). This is why I always tell my clients not necessary to work hard to get what you want. If it meant to be, it did long time ago. It doesn’t take years of hardship to make it there.

If you understand how your power works with the universe, you create such vibration to manifest what you want from the universe. Anti-Aging & Fat Burning Food that Cure Health Problems

For a month, I’ve been talking about the type of meal plan, diet, and exercises that may help you for fat burning and people with obesity and importance of a healthy liver to regulate and balance our body system. And you have to watch what you allow yourself to put into your body so that you can stay young with tons of youthful energy! So, if you are learning from me correctly, everything you face on daily bases, you first ask yourself that “is it good for me?” and then you are on a first step to getting it right for yourself (see the previous post on last Sunday). Many times, I may sound like I am a big meat eater….but that’s not the case. I am always sucking on the vegetables, fruits, eggs, nuts, seafood, chickens, and turkeys. First of all, your nutrition should be aligned with your body and your daily intake and usages of calories. I tell you this because I am not recommending to eat bacon all the time. I’ve meant that you have to have a balanced diet and own meal plan that fit you with HEALTHY FOOD. This is why it is important for you to learn about good HEALTHY FOOD CHOICE that makes you feel good, boost your metabolism, slow aging of your body and mind, burning fat, and prevent diabetes, and more!

Believe it or not, any problems such as joint pain, losing weight, muscle weakness, digestive issues, dry skin and hair, stubborn belly fat, energy swings or zero energy, trouble sleeping, and an addiction to carbohydrates, these are ALL connected. Here is why. The large colon tube works to keep toxic substances OUT of your body. If you intake toxic foods (processed food, unnatural food, alcohol, etc.), this damages digestive system in the colon and does not make it into the bloodstream. In this case, your liver has to work double time to try to get rid of the toxins in the system. When this happens, it’s stuck and disable the liver to burn fat. Since the liver is dysfunction, toxins begin to leak into your body, lead to weight gain, an inability to lose weight, joint pain, constipation, bloating, aging skin, zero energy, hormone problems, etc. to nourish your body system.

The summertime is coming and it’s so exciting. We can be under the sunshine wearing a bikini on the beach spreading our wings to hop in the ocean! I know many of you begin to work out for the weight loss from earlier this year. As I said in the previous post, working out too hard is not so effective to lose weight. Actually, muscles are much heavier than fat, so as you work out more, your body turning the fat into muscles, and this does not make differences with weights. Work out is good for metabolism, lifting mode, and toning, which I recommend to do as it’s a part of the weight loss.

If you really wanna lose weight to fit slim in the pretty bikini, you have to switch your daily mentality in the balance as well. It’s not just following the diet plan I talked about last week. If you really want to feel good under your own skin naturally to lose weight, you have to think all-inclusive, work out, meal plan, and mentality, in a balance. If you are focusing on your well being to know what’s good for you, your body switches the hormone functions to change in your favor.

For instance, when you are hungry, your hunger is coming from the signals from your brain. This is why some people have bad eating habit because they don’t know how to control it, which is controllable when you know how. As I have been talking about dietary, excises, and behavior modules to control insulin level in your body for the problem such as obesity. To manage those, there are 4 hormones need to adjust it to send the signals psychologically to your body system to lose weight.

There is a psychological invention to lose weight by using the scientific method. My alarm went on from my busy day, yes, it’s Keto Cookies, Waffles, and Scones recipes for you guys! Being healthy and in good shape makes you feel good and better about yourself. It’s only the beginning it’s tough to switch your diet. Once your body adjusts the level of liver set to work naturally in function, you begin to feel the best and you will be glad that you stick with what’s healthy for you. Having the special meal plan for your healthy lifestyle is a part of your self-love. This is why I love health! I always tell my clients to eat healthily and be mindful of what you accept to put into your body.

As you already learned (see the last post), if you are on Keto diet, you feel much energize, clear mind in the brain, and you don’t consistently be in hunger. You don’t have to work out too hard to stay in shape. Everything that good for you and your body supposedly make you easier, not difficult! Here is the mouthwatering stuff in Keto diet. Most sweets are so easy and fast to make if you have a mixer.

Raspberry Scones
1 cup almond flour
2 eggs
3 tsp natural sweeter
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup raspberries
– heat oven to 375 degrees,
– mix the almond flour, sweeter, eggs, vanilla, and baking powder, add raspberries,
– spread the batter on the baking sheet, place per scone onto it and put them in the oven for 15 mins until golden.

Waffles with Whipped Cream
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup flax meal
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp natural sweeter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup egg white
4 whole eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 heavy whipped cream
1 tsp natural sweeter
– heat waffle iron, spray cooking oil on the top,
– mix coconut flour, almond flour, flax meal, baking powder, sweeter, (cinnamon if you like,) add whole eggs and vanilla
– in another bowl, beat the egg whites until getting the fluffy form,
– combine the beaten egg whites to mix well
– pour the batter on the preheated waffle iron,
– in another bowl, whip the heavy cream and sweeter until thick, put it on the top of waffles

Peanuts Butter Cookies
1 cup nonsugar peanuts butter
1/2 cup cream cheese (room temperature)
20 drops of liquid natural sweeter
1 egg
1 tsp pure vanilla
– heat oven 350 degree, mix peanut butter, cream cheese, sweeter, vanilla,
– put potion of dough with spoon to spread the cookie balls about 1 inch apart,
– flatten each cookies with fork and put them in the oven for 12 mins until golden.

Morning Boost Drink (This wakes you up in the morning and best for diet.)
1 cup of water
1tsp Tumeric
1tsp Cinamon
Half Lemon
– Mix all and drink straight and try not to taste it.

Turmeric Latte (This is my favorite one at night for sleep.)
1 cup milk (any favorite milk – almond or coconuts I recommend)
1/2 tsp ground Turmeric
1/2 tsp real vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut oil
– Mix all and add natural sweeter or pure honey as you like

I also want you to be careful not to overtake Turmeric. Even it is natural, it is natural medicine. Most Tumeric is 95% curcuminoids and some Tumeric could be weaker or stronger. The above Turmeric drink daily would be the best amount for most of the people.
